What it is

BELLWETHER is a subscription intelligence service. Every day, across the open web, a great many small groups, campaigns and movements are quietly deciding to take an interest in a company — a local action group, an environmental campaign, an online community, a conspiracy-minded following gathering around a claim. Most come to nothing. A few do not. The difference, seen early enough, is worth a great deal to the right client.

We watch all of it, continuously, and we turn it into a feed. Subscribers receive live risk intelligence on the movements that concern them: who is organising, who is gaining a following, what is being said, how fast it is spreading, and where it is likely to go next. It is the earliest possible warning that a company is about to become somebody's cause.

How we work

1. Continuous monitoring across open platforms, forums, local groups and public chatter — at scale, and around the clock.
2. Identify and profile the movements that matter: the campaigns, the community groups, the conspiracy-theory followings, and the organisers and rising voices within them.
3. Score each for momentum and for the reputational and operational risk it poses to a subscribing client.
4. Deliver it as a real-time feed and alert stream, so a client can act on a groundswell while it is still small.
